In a recent video by Vyper, he places the quiver item tier on jewelry, using Bombadier's Rucksack as the base type, with the implication the default attackspeed roll will go with. I have found that neither the rucksack nor the highest base tier quiver work(*) on jewelry for PS4 ROS 2.2.
(*) by not working, I mean that neither the increased damage nor the attack speed are noted on the charsheet
