Im curious, if I want to create a legendary item from the data base, say, Thundergod's Vigor for example, would the lightning proc be included in the item ID? I know how to add everything else, Im just wondering if procs are included, and if not, if anyone knows where I may find the IDs for the procs. Also, what if I want to change the base damage of a weapon, say from 1400- 1700 damage to 1700- 2100 damage before any affixes are even added? I didnt see anywhere in the editor to do this part.
