Got it sorted out. User Error, My apologies.

Updated version of Horizon recognizes USB. No issues there.
Extracting works excellent. DIIIEdit works Excellent.

I was trying to load individual files after extraction. I didn't realize that you could load the entire package. I somehow missed it on the tutorials.


Note to others, If your having issues...

Watch 100% of the tutorial, Pay attention, Make sure you have the latest versions of needed programs.

This is a great editor.
