I received today (February 22, 2015) an interesting e-mail about patches to the game and how the only way to get the patch's is to ask for them. attached to the e-mail was this link Change.org and I agree with this person a simple request shouldn't be ignored. So I ask all my users to sign it.

As of 5/28/2015 There will be a fee for updates to the data base of the editor for all non-supported content. This change is not being made lightly. There have been many User Term Agreement infringements on E bay and sites dedicated to the mass distribution of editor made items, some totaling in the $100,000 range. With the consideration of the man hours dedicated to this project over the course of these 3 long years a decision was made, not solely by myself (CKY), but through collaboration with many of the Developers and my fellow project Coordinator. This change does not mean that the CKY editor will now need to be purchased, but that updates for future patches will now require payment before receiving them. I personally apologize for any inconveniences this may cause dedicated users, however, I see no other way to prevent miss use of the CKY Editor.
