Are you experiencing lag? Is there something you haven't said ??? I can see you are trying to save everyone money. I did the same thing first I tried MediaFire but did you know they have a hidden download limit? I was not aware of that until 500 people hit the same file at the same time and MediaFire sent me an e-mail saying I needed a premium account?? Then I tried a free webhost this was fine as long as you aren't using AT&T U-verse or datacom and a few others that see DIY websites as malware and block there costumers from even being able to access it unless you use a proxy. So then I started paying for a server that I could afford with out asking for you to pay for it.. That worked until we hit 5000 users... Now I have looked at all avenues using cloud could have worked but here lies the issue with that we have 3 languages that are being translated.. I'm hoping to have more... So that's 3 database per language there are 9 people typing out every item and attribute we tried using txt filers and spreadsheets this took way to long to get it to the end user.. So I ask you kind sir what method do you propose I have 9 people type into 1 txt file never having a duplicate entry never waiting for someone else to compile there entry's into that 1 txt file how would you manage it... I chose SQL its nice and clean and everyone can see what everyone else is doing... Its live on a server. Yes it was getting attacked by DDOS but now the servers are stable... I have looked into all MS and Google services they have some relay nice offers but this opensource project don't qualify for them for the main reason is its considered HACKER-WARE..

If you can figure out the MPQ encryption and break down the GAM files that are in the MPQ files I will rid us of this internet connection and go with that but seeing as everyone I know that has any crypto experience cant decode
