Sorry to be a pain, I'm not a programmer or anything, my pc knowledge is semi basic compared to others on here.
I purchased an account, and I can log into it on my surface tablet running windows 10. however on my desktop also running windows 10 I can boot it up and when I enter my log in info and click the button it doesn't do anything. I have re-downloaded the program on the desktop, I have also ran in admin mode, and still same problem. I have also put it into compatibility mode windows 7, and run as admin. and still same issue.
any reason why on my tablet it will work perfectly fine, but on my desktop it wont go through?
