New Post: item level 70

I tried what you first suggested, CKY. On 3 Maximus weapons. The original, the duplicate, and the from-scratch, as I mentioned above.

Original:
legendary_item_level - 70
unknown28 - 60

Duplicate:
legendary_item_level - 70
unknown28 - 60

From-Scratch:
legendary_item_level - 70
unknown28 - 0

So, the legendary_item_level parameter was set correctly on all three before I made the changes you suggested. That wasn't the issue. I changed the unknown28 on the others and they correctly changed to level 70 in game.
