Commented Unassigned: Can't open folder, forced to specific files (ROS) [1885]

With the latest update when i go to open tab it forced me to choose a specific file not just the folder, the file to open type says account but when I open the account file it says unhandled exception occurred. This was to the case in the previous version as It only made me select the the folder while this want a file.

I'm not sure what to do cause i can't modify anything with the previous version anymore.

so do i need to buy the activation id ( cause i already did) and the update?
