EDIT: I was at my uncle's house when I first bought the Editor, then went to my friend's house a few days later and was using it there too. I'm now home and it's giving me the error. I guess my issue is the fact that I already used it at 2 different IP addresses? If that's the problem then can I get my uncle's IP address removed? I was only at his house for the week while I minded his dogs for him. I don't need the Editor to work at his IP anymore lol.

This will do it..
I do like how the day after I put out a new test utility to check your network connection and see if you in fact are having issues you just ran it.
to get this resolved i will need you to e-mail me I don't know something that is your account: your account email, your activation id something that says "I'm this account" and for your security it needs to come from the account holders email address and needs to be sent to my e-mail address.
Please send an e-mail from your account e-mail to xx_cky_xx AT hotmail DOT com
