On PS3 the ideal ratio was 2:1 damage vs percent and since we had 9 lines that equated to 6 damage lines and 3 % damage lines.
On PS4 its a little different due to the damage being increased but the % staying the same and legendary gems which increases our lines to 15.(16 actually but 1 is going to be sockets) My best recipe so far is 5-6 lines of %damage and the remainder on damage. You want to pay attention to the numbers at the bottom of the weapon NOT the big number at the top. It is your damage per hit x attacks per second. So if you do put attack speed on the weapon that top number goes up(artificially inflated) but the real number(at the bottom) goes down. If you can get that bottom number in the mid to high 70k range, you'll be one hitting most everything. My weapon is high 76k but I've seen a 78k but after thousands of rolls I cant seem to get that lucky.
