I'm receiving an error upon clicking File/Open:
"The procedure entry point ucrtbase.terminate could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll"
This is happening with the editor for Diablo 3 (Not RoS version).
I did some searching for possible issues and some sources say it was an issue with C++ Runtime and updating/installing would fix that particular error. I did so, and still receive the error when trying to open my save file.
Any ideas?

Tried that, no change and still receive the error.
