A couple months back, I had to reset my laptop to factory settings, deleting everything I had. Here recently I decided to redownload the program, and tried my old login information. I can login to this site and the CKY-ENT site, but not the program. I repurchased the account and tried registering that one as well, and nothing seems to be working.
