Created Unassigned: Can not seem to apply changes to my file [1919]

So I am still new to all of this but anytime i seem to try to make a small change to my save such as gold ill click the "Save Account" and this will pop up. Also i did see another who had this problem went to the link that was posted maybe im just not the brightest but it didn't seem to say how to fix the current situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
