Yeah, just went through a final time deleting all gems but the best, ctrl+insert to roll additionals. Saved character, saved all, resaved onto usb drive, loaded, exported, imported, and it's the same save. Tried doing something incredibly simple just to see if I can even get something small to populate and can't do that anymore. I'm fairly certain there's nothing left I can do about it, I mean it's kind of a pretty straightforward process of doing the simple things. At this point I can't help but feel like an idiot, even though I'm positive I'm not leaving any steps out.
