Have seen accounts with 9999 in dex/str/int and 9999 in vit, is this something an unmodded account can reach?
Asking cause I have one account that all mods are done on, and my main account with just modded gears. Or would the 5399 extra dex and vit be a noticeable difference? Would like to keep main account unmodded from achievements and paragons of possible.
