New Post: Armor Dropping

When I go from say, one game to another, even with both Item Level and Legendary Level set to 70, on occasion the armor value will plummet to what seems to be a level 1 armor area going from game to game, or mailing it to my other account.

Any ideas for the cause? At first I thought it was just with the items I had done legendary level 70 and item level 1 with. But it happens even with both values set to 70. All items are ancient as well if that makes any different, with 0 for both durability settings as well.
