/facepalm, whether or not the crushing blow affix remains in the editor, doesn't mean that its still in game.

It also doesn't mean it's not in the game, kradnam. It's in this little ambiguous undefined space that's at least worth asking questions about. They could very easily have different organizational rules for triggering the removal of rollability of affixes, versus source code. Neither you or I know what those rules are, either.
