400k weapons have attack speed on them. So anything above 5 is useless, and those weapons are above 5. They look good, but they are just for show. Considering my weapon roll I think the realistic maximum is about 355k, maybe 360k. Beyond that is theoretical and you may as well play the lottery instead of rolling for that goal.
