Grouchy's calculations are correct showing the max possible roll of the affix it is quite possible to get max rolls.. You can have at least 4 max rolls.. You are working with 4 independent items. each with there own property's.treat them as independent items and it calculates correctly.. On your 6 main affix of each item (that will accept 6 affixes) you will see that at least 6 out of the 6 can be a max roll... So your average needs to be higher not by much but higher.. you can see what the seed is doing by changing the item temporally to be different types of damage (Fire,Arcane,Holy,Cold,and pure damage) this will show you what the range is doing.. The game will never generate a perfect weapon like you are trying to build but you can. depends on how much time you want to put into it.. Ignore the 100 that is the Fast sword its not worth adding in.. Remember that each item is separate so use the appropriate settings on each item to crank out just as much as you can out of it.. Since there is a total of 8 seeds that you are working with I would try to make as much damage percent that you can or mix them a little or change the 6:9 ratio to something that's 7:8 or 5:10 you get the idea..
