once I download and unzip I see a lot of files but none will open

Hi,
I downloaded and extracted the zip file.
Ionic.zip is referenced but unused?
Also, Asset.cs is missing as the compiler gave an error on this.
CSC : error CS2001: Source file '\DIIIRoSSaveEdit\D3.GameInfo\GameInfo\Asset.cs' could not be found.
For the moment I have about 44 errors opening the project in Visual Studio 2015.
