As the title says, when I try to edit, sometimes I need to use the back up of my savegame because I don't see the item's names, I just see numbers and that don't let me edit. Can you please help me? Don't know what to do...
Here's how I see the items and I can't edit any of them (Not my own Picture):

And I wanted to ask too: Why are so many items that there isn't in the editor? For Example Sunwuko's Monk Set isn't even all the parts (There are just like 4 parts, not 6) or Uliana's Monk Set (Not even 1 part) and there's so many Sets and Legendaries items that isn't there too.

Look in the folder named error and post the latest date for error log. based on the screen shot you posted that is a version prior to 129.
I know this because of the look of the menus and tabs..
