Because the whole thing seems to be confusing me, is it that you only need to pay to use the latest one, or is it that not having it activated limits what you can do somehow?
Because all I want to do is mod in all the cosmetics (wings, pets, pennants ect.), and the editor I'm currently using has all the pets and most of the wings. (Missing wings of mastery and Wings of the Dedicated), and only 2 of the banners.
If I paid to have it activated would it be there, are they all in the newest version? (151RC6)
