New Post: Can't run the program

I'm using 152. I've read it but there is no agree button or box to check that I agree. There is only field 1 for name, field 2 for surname (second name) and field 3 for e-mail and button to send me verification number and nothing more. When I pressed it I got an e-mail with verification number. And now in this ToS when I scroll down there is only my name, surname and e-mail address written. But there is no field to enter the verification number and there is no confirm button. So how am I supposed to run this program? BTW I am using Windows 7.
