Commented Unassigned: Set Boots missing? (already logged in) [2013]

I think the [Foundation of the Earth] is missing. i checked all the boots and hover over the tooltip, still could not find in the editor. Is this item in the database?

I found it, it's a old legendary seismic threads. same with one of the helltooth mask was found under the voodoo mask. I guess blizzard just use some old items and make it a new set piece
