New Post: How To: Normal Gem Modding

my bad when you socket modded gems you have to do it one at a time for example if you have 100 stack of modded gems you drop 99 of them leaving you with one gem. socket that gem then pick up the 99 stack you just dropped, repeat. its kind of a pain, also do not put modded gems with regular gems and it's way easier just to put regular gems in something then mod them after they have been socketed in the editor. now as for max value i never really try for that but you might try the whole re rolling a modded gem by duplicating a single gem multiple times using the duplicate button in the editor. then going through the process of socketing unsocketing looking for the best one but if it works and you find the best one you could use copy and paste (not the duplicate button) to recreate it and maybe if you then change that affix to something else it may keep the max affix... maybe, just maybe
