Legendary Gems Patch 2.1 works fine .... and are supported....
Some People have the new Gems Patch 2.1.2 modded on this Editor.
I do not know why they say the patch 2.1 is not supported .
It is true that the xbox 360 patch 2.1 has not , however , the matter is also fully come . I can load all item and Gems incl patch 2.1.2 on the Xbox 360 and import to One. I do not see them while on the xbox 360 but on the Xbox one then has.
I think the staff of the project have no desire . more and have just a little idea of people they would not add much work the new things
