If you notice in the lines posted there is 7 affixes for the helm and 1 affix for each gem. So yes you can add one affix to the gem. If you do some reading you will find the answer to this question quite quickly. Or just play with the editor a bit and the answer will jump off the screen at you. Note it is not the 6 main affix's.
