New Post: Another question on how to

Come across a weapon in game that normally has an attack per second of 1.40, the modded version has 9.90 APS, I will tell you the stats and if ya got any clue how to do this, let me know, TIA.

With no gems

thunderfury blessed blade of the windseeker
98% attack speed

• 3 gem sockets (mystic transmog)
  100-100 damage
  9.90 attacks per second
  lvl 70
  

How is it possible for this weapon to have 9.90 APS on it? even with the 98% attack speed it would still only be 2.70 or so.
