Commented Unassigned: I cannot open the files [1909]

Hi i don't know the problem i followed the tutorials step by step but D3 SaveEdit doesn't respond after i open the file and is it normal if it wants to open 1 file not a folder?

Yes it is normal to open just 1 file.
Did you fully extract all files from the zip file that you downloaded from here?
Did you try to run it as administrator?
